10/02/11	A Special Business Meeting was held after the morning service to vote on hiring the selected architect firm.  The Church members unanimously voted to hire Martin A. De Sapio, AIA as the firm to design and manage the building project.
09/12/11	Building Committee Meeting - We interviewed and selected an architect for our building project!
09/04/11	The Faith Promise 2011 pledged amount has been exceeded!  See below for the totals.

05/26/11	We are extremely excited to announce that this past Sunday (5/19), we passed the 50% mark of the needed amount of money to build.  Please pray for the building committee and our church family as this project continues to move forward!  Scroll down to see the numbers!

04/03/11	Our CAFRA (The Coastal Area Facility Review Act) Permit was APPROVED on 03/28/11.  What does this mean?  This was the first and biggest permit that needed to be approved.  Now that it has been approved, we have 5 years to start and to be well into our building project.  We still have permits that will be submitted and need to be approved by our local township before we can move forward, but this is a great start!  For further information, please contact Brian Jillson.

In general: the purpose of the building committee is to assess the current & future space needs and along with the hired architect, come up with an overall design for the future building addition.

We as a Building Committee are open to ideas & suggestions from any member or church attendee. You can email your suggestion(s) to the church office. We will review any and all suggestions we receive, however there is no guarantee that we can incorporate your suggestion(s) due to many of reasons, one being the overall increase in cost.

What is Faith Promise?
Faith Promise allows anyone to pledge a specific amount of money, whether it be weekly, monthly, or a one-time Gift toward the Building Fund. Faith Promise also allows anyone to pray/fast for the Building Project whether they are able to give financially or not.
